Our rates (Minimum one hour for on-site calls):

Travel time is charged at the hourly rate (Genererally 15 minutes in Bend). There are no trip fees.

Technician On-site during business hours: $95 / hour

Engineer On-site during business hours: $145 / hour

Service Agreement (Prepaid service): $Call / hour

Technician Emergency service or after-hours service: $145 / hour
    (Calls outside normal hours or if technician is required to leave another job)

Engineer Emergency service or after-hours service: $195 / hour
    (Calls outside normal hours or if technician is required to leave another job)

Remote Support is billed in 15 minute increments at the applicable rate
